We will follow Williamsport Little League rules, along with our tournament rules.

No one except the players, manager and coaches listed on the team roster shall occupy the dugout and/or field before and during a game.

Each team must have copies of the team roster and player birth certificate(s) at all times during the tournament.

There is a 15-minute forfeit window. If a team cannot field a team with a minimum of 8 players past the official start time, the game is a forfeit.

A game must end no later than 15 minutes before the next regularly scheduled game (provided no other field available).

Home team will be determined by coin flip before each game. Home team dugouts are along the 1st base line.

It is the winning managers responsibility to hand the game result sheet into the Information Table immediately after the game.

No players are allowed to play with casts.

Only 2 1/4 inch bats are allowed.

Re-entry Rule - Only starters are allowed to re-enter a game to their original position in the batting order. (EH) - An "Extra Hitter" can be used.

No game shall start after the two-hour limit.

There is free defensive substitution.

A pitcher may pitch no more than 9 innings max in the course of the tournament.

No curve balls will be allowed.

A pitcher will be removed from the mound during the 2nd trip to the mound in an inning or the 3rd trip to the mound during the game.

A pitcher who hits 2 batters in an inning or 3 in a game must be removed.

Stealing allowed once ball crosses the plate.

All runners must slide or avoid contact with the fielder at any base where there is a play. No head first sliding except when going back to the base.

Batting helmets must be worn by players while batting or on base as a runner, or as a base coach.

Only the manager can discuss calls or situations with the umpires. Any protest shall be settled immediately by the tournament committee before resuming play.

A ten (10) run slaughter rule will be used once the losing team has batted at least 4 innings.

If a game is suspended prior to 3 ½ or 4 innings, play will resume from the point of suspension. Otherwise, game will be considered complete.

Make-up games will be rescheduled at the discretion of the tournament committee.

Games may end in a tie- other than the semi final and championship game.

Best four teams will move onto the semi finals. Determination is based upon games won - then runs for less the amount of runs against.

If an umpire or tournament official evicts a coach, manager, player or parent, they must leave the park immediately and are suspended from attending the very next game.

Awards:
A championship trophy will be awarded to winning team. Also, a runner-up trophy will be awarded for second place.

An MVP trophy will be handed out at end of tournament.

A $50.00 gift certificate is given to the homerun derby winner along with a trophy.

Any player participating in tournament will be eligible to enter essay contest for a scholarship.
